MEGA THREAD OF TODAYS ACTION🚨: “behind the bus stop, all the press will be on that side. We will start creating the pens”… Beginning with todays action, NYPD has already settled up several “spaces” for protesters, counter protesters and media. Keep in mind that media was allowed to be on the street. NYPD was seen setting up barricades and restricting the sidewalk to anyone. Forcing everyone to be on the “space”they’ve created. However this led to further confusion when protesters were unknown who to follow and why.
Here one of the captains that informed about there orders on not “blocking the side walk or the street”. Leading to only further confusion when the sidewalk was restricted by NYPD regardless and forcing people to idle around the street. While traffic was still remaining active. Creating an already tense situation into more of em elevated problem.
