Emerson on Instagram: "Kamala Harris visited Grand Rapids on Friday and @palestinesolidarity_gr rallied outside the event, passing out literature and having great conversations with our neighbors about why they support Palestinian liberation. The line extended from the foot bridge at the end of the parking lot, out to the street, and around the corner. Thousands of people waited from as early as 8 am to hear Harris speak. Democratic Party staffers insisted we werent allowed to pass out literature or have conversations with people in line, despite the fact that the venue is a public park and we were well outside of the security perimeter designating the private area. #FreePalestine #FreeGaza #FromTheRiverToTheSea"
